How to order

Ordering from Synergy Semiochemicals Corp. has never been easier. Just send us an email, call us or fax your order to us. Your shipment will usually leave within 48 hours. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for your shipment to arrive. We monitor all shipments to ensure prompt delivery.

Once your order has shipped, we will e-mail you your invoice and, if you have given us your credit card information, we will tell you when we plan on processing your payment. You will receive a confirming  e-mail when the card has be charged.

For our US customers: Please note that US Customs and Border Protection agency requires your TIN, EIN or FEIN before they will clear your shipment for entry into the US. If you are a new customer, please have this # available. You will only need to give it to us once.

For our international customers: Your shipment will leave within 48 hours, however, as many of our products may be unknown to your customs agents, it is highly recommended that you use a customs broker in your country to facilitate entry. When quoting prices, our shipping estimates will only include shipping cost. Customs fees, duties and brokerage costs may be high and we we are unable to predetermine what these costs may be.

Dangerous goods: Some of our products are considered Dangerous Goods by regulation (flammable
liquids). We can ship most quantities of DG by ground within US and Canada by using a limited quantity exemption. International shipments and shipments to Alaska and Hawai’i must go by air and are regulated by IATA. These shipment are generally more expensive and can take longer than normal to deliver.
